In the final phase, the pasta is frozen IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and packaged in handy packages tailored to each kitchen. A natural preservation method for fresh pasta over extended periods which is preservative free and the best way to optimally preserve properties such as aroma, colour, flavour and nutrients of pasta.
