Fresh frozen pasta

Starts from a fresh pasta dough, which is then pre-cooked to a perfect 100% ‘al dente’ and lightly coated with oil to prevent sticking during reheating. In the final phase, the pasta is frozen IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and packaged in handy packages tailored to each kitchen. A natural preservation method for fresh pasta over extended periods which is preservative free and the best way to optimally preserve properties such as aroma, colour, flavour and nutrients of pasta.

Short pasta
It’s possible to serve a hot pasta meal in just 30 seconds without compromising on quality.

Long pasta
Unsure of the exact amount of pasta you’ll need today? Say goodbye to leftovers in food preparation with these ‘al dente’ pre-cooked long pastas which are individually frozen in convenient 50g nests.

Noodles
A selection of pre-cooked frozen noodles which allow you to prepare Asian cuisine in less than two minutes.

Pasta steam pouches
Perfectly cooked pasta, always in the same portion, at a fixed cost.
Simply place the unopened, frozen pouches in the microwave, or open the pouch and pour the pasta into a pasta cooker.
